Alan Gale receives Department of Justice Civil Division Perseverance Award

A classmate looks out for our interests! On December 4, 2013, Alan Gale was an honoree at the Department of Justice's annual awards ceremony where he was presented with the Civil Division's "Perseverance Award." The award recognized Alan's trial and appellate victories over United Technologies Corporation in a decade-long litigation that resulted in a record-setting $664 million judgment against UTC for violations of the False Claims Act in connection with the sale of fighter aircraft engines to the Air Force.
